• Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of your visit.
• Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect the Site and measure traffic.

2. What is public

Listings are public. Anyone can see the information, photos, location and contact details you include in a listing, and your public profile. Please only share what you are comfortable making public.

3. How we use information

• To run the Site: create accounts, publish listings, power search and let Buyers contact Sellers.
• To keep the Site safe: prevent fraud, spam and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Use.
• To communicate with you about your account, listings and important changes.
• To understand and improve how the Site is used.
• To comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

• Other users: the information in your public listings and profile.
• Service providers who help us run the Site, such as our web host, security and content delivery services (for example Cloudflare), email delivery, maps, analytics (for example Google) and messaging (for example WhatsApp). They may only use the information to provide their services to us.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the public, animals or Pet Mafia Club.
• Business changes: if Pet Mafia Club is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the Site work and keep it secure, and analytics cookies to understand traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Site may not work properly without them.

We keep account and listing information while your account is active. When you delete a listing or close your account, we remove or anonymize the information within a reasonable time, except what we must keep for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons.

You can view and edit your information and delete your listings from your dashboard. Depending on where you live (for example California, the European Union or the United Kingdom), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit certain uses. To make a request, contact us on WhatsApp. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by law.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No website is 100% secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep it private.

9. International users

The Site is operated from the United States, and your information may be stored and processed there or in other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than yours.
